The transaction is effective March 1, 2004.
Manchester Insurance Agency, with annualized revenues of approximately $3.0 million, is a retail insurance agency providing property and casualty products and services to clients throughout California. Paul Manchester and his team will be combining their operations with Brown & Brown's existing Santa Barbara operation, headed by Susan Rodriguez.
